Dr. Harry Condoleon

Dr. Condoleon is the owner and Medical Director of SOMA Medical Spa and Wellness Clinic. He is a 1992 graduate of Des Moines University. He completed his General Surgery Residency in Des Moines and served as Chief Resident during his final year. He then obtained fellowship training in surgical oncology.

Dr. Condoleon is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and a member of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.

Approximately twelve years ago while practicing in Las Vegas, Dr. Condoleon developed a passion for cosmetic medicine. In Las Vegas, he administered Botox Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and bio identical hormone therapy. Upon his return to Iowa, Dr. Condoleon has further developed the reputation of a highly skilled surgeon who delivers the safest state of the art treatment to his patients.

Over the past few years, he has been performing cosmetic surgical procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, and abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck). With the opening of SOMA, Dr. Condoleon will also bring non-invasive, non-surgical services with little to no downtime to the area.

Dr. Condoleon and his wife, Holli, have resided in Algona since 2009 together with their five children. They are excited to bring SOMA to you.

Kristin Wadle

Kristin is a board certified Aesthetician in the state of Iowa. She earned her license at the Aveda Institute of West Des Moines in 2018. After she completed her schooling, Kristin received additional specialty training in Microblading, Microshading, Henna Brow tinting, eyelash extensions, and eyelash tinting. Kristin is one of few microblading specialists in the northern part of Iowa. Since graduating, she has also been deemed a Coolsculpting specialist as well as a Hydrafacial specialist. Kristin plans on attending Coolsculpt University in the future to further her education.

Kristin was born in Des Moines and has moved several times in her lifetime. Her family moved to Algona in 2009, where they have resided ever since. In March of 2019, Kristin started her own business, KC Beauty, in Algona which has since merged into SOMA. At SOMA, she offers a variety of services such as: Hydrafacials, Coolsculpting, Laser treatments, microblading, eyelash extensions, and more. She is thrilled to be bringing big city treatments to small town Algona and looks forward to working with you all.

Kyarsten Mullen

Kyarsten is a native of Armstrong, Iowa and has worked for SOMA since it’s opening. Kyarsten has been a certified nursing assistant for the past five years. She also attended massage therapy school at PCI Academy in Ames. After school, Kyarsten received additional training and became a Coolsculpting, Hydrafacial and laser specialist. She also became a personal training and nutrition coach at SOMA Elite training. Kyarsten continues to keep expanding her knowledge so she can serve the community to the fullest.

Kelly DeGree

Kelly is a board certified licensed practical nurse in the state of Minnesota, as well as Iowa. After she completed nursing school she has assisted with oral/facial surgeries, as well as a pre and post op nurse for ENT and ophthalmology. Kelly was born and raised in rural Minnesota. She now resides in Corwith, Iowa with her fiancé and their dogs. She enjoys spending time at Lake Okoboji and being with family. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and will be sure to give you the highest level of patient care.
